This holiday season Radio Disney, the #1 radio network for kids, tweens and families, brings the biggest names in kids’ music to kids and families across the country with “Fa-la-la-lidays” events, beginning THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14. Select cities will feature music’s brightest young stars, including teen sensations Jessica Sanchez and Megan Nicole, as well as favorite Disney Channel stars Debby Ryan (“Jessie”) and Caroline Sunshine (“Shake It Up”), performing music from Walt Disney Records’ upcoming album, “Holidays Unwrapped.” And for the first time ever, the Radio Disney “Fa-la-la-lidays” float will debut at Chicago’s Magnificent Mile Lights Festival and travel parade routes at America’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Rochester Hometown Christmas Parade, both in Detroit.
Inspired by Jessie Prescott from the hit Disney Channel series, ‘Jessie,’ starring Debby Ryan, Disney has unveiled its newest D-Signed collection, now available exclusively at Target and Target.com.

Walt Disney Studios has provided us hi-res stills from its upcoming English release of The Secret World of Arrietty (pronounced AIR-ee-ett-ee) from the legendary Studio Ghibli (Spirited Away, Ponyo). Residing quietly beneath the floorboards are little people who live undetected in a secret world to be discovered, where the smallest may stand tallest of all. The Secret World of Arrietty is an animated adventure based on Mary Norton’s acclaimed children’s book series The Borrowers.
Following last week’s electrifying season 13 premiere, the eleven remaining couples hit the ballroom floor for the second time, performing either the Jive or the Quickstep, on this week’s “Dancing with the Stars,” Monday, September 26 at 8:00 pm ET on ABC.
The event first kicked off, however, with a fashion show highlighting the current Target-exclusive D-Signed collection, inspired by the show’s lead characters, CeCe and Rocky, played by Bella Thorne and Zendaya Coleman.
Production is underway on “Pixie Hollow Games,” an all-new, animated special to premiere this fall on Disney Channel. In this first clip, Mary is at an audition for a bubble gum commercial when she’s paired up with a ‘BFF’ for the ad. When Mary and her new best bud are sent off into a corner to go learn about each other, Mary learns a valuable lesson. If it walks like Selena Gomez and it quacks like Selena Gomez, it’s probably a Selena Gomez impersonator — unless you’re being pranked!
Disney Channel stars Selena Gomez, Debby Ryan and Mitchel Musso surprise their biggest fans in the premiere episode of “PrankStars,” a hidden camera series where unsuspecting tweens and teens are set up by family members and come face to face with their favorite celebrities in unpredictable and humorous situations. Production has begun in Hollywood on “Jessie,” a new comedy series starring 18-year-old Debby Ryan (“The Suite Life on Deck,” “16 Wishes”) as an idealistic teen from rural Texas who moves to New York City and becomes a nanny for a high-profile couple with four kids. The series is scheduled to premiere in fall 2011 on Disney Channel.
“We Can Change the World,” the inspiring new pop/rock anthem for Disney’s Friends for Change — performed and co-written by 18-year-old actress and Hollywood Records recording artist Bridgit Mendler (“Good Luck Charlie,” “Lemonade Mouth”) — will premiere Friday, June 10 on Radio Disney at 7:00 pm ET/4:00 pm PT and Disney Channel in the 7:00 pm ET/PT hour. Previous songs have helped raise more than $800,000 for conservation projects around the globe.
