I was so born in the wrong country. From 2dayBlog via SlipperyBrick, the Japan’s Stitch LCD 20″ display. The display is 1680×1050 pixels, allows for an HDMI connection and more. Stitch’s mouth opens so you can access the display’s controls and he’s full 360 so you can see the rest of him clinging on to the monitor in the back. See here for more details and photos.
SlipperyBrick also covers this incredibly cute but expensive USB Stitch humidifier which works in a very unique way.

Due out in July, Sony announced a lilac version of the PlayStation Portable as a key component of the Hannah Montana PSP Entertainment Pack earlier today. If the lilac doesn’t woo the tweens, they’re hoping the 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo does it. If for some reason that doesn’t work, they’ll tempt tweens by including several episodes of Hannah Montana in the UMD format. In the unlikely event that’s not enough, the pack will also include a yet-to-be-named rhythm based Hannah Montana game exclusive to the pack. And if plans A-D somehow don’t capture the market, the surefire Plan E will: stickers! The Hannah Montana PSP Entertainment Pack will retail for $199.
More photos of the TakarTomy Disney Label Mickey Mouse Transformer have surfaced offering a 360 degree view. Check them out here.
For a while it seemed like there were as many theories to what was behind the mysterious Are You 23? buzz campaign as there were people theorizing. Everything from the Walt Disney Company being founded in 1923 to Pixar’s 23rd birthday to 23 films being released from the vault on the fateful day (possibly all on BluRay) to some special club akin to Disneyland’s Club 33 and then some. Now the buzz all seems to be focusing on some semi-exclusive online club in which members get first access to various news, events and merchandise for a ‘modest’ annual fee. Only March 10 will know for sure, but until then, photos of these D23 pins have been making the rounds as of late.
StarWars.com has published photos of and information on the final four Star Wars Big Figs due for release the second week of June. They will retail for $195 each and be limited to 600 pieces each, with 500 going to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and 100 going to Disneyland.
Disney has opted to not renew its licensing agreement with MEGA Brands (the MEGA Bloks series covers Winnie the Pooh, Cinderella, Pirates of the Caribbean, Cars, et al) in favor of a new agreement with LEGO. Announced for 2010 will be LEGO sets for Toy Story, Cars and Prince of Persia. The wide appeal of the collection has LEGO committed to Toy Story products in both the LEGO DUPLO (large bricks for the toddler set) and the more recognizable LEGO Brick System lines, a product decision that LEGO rarely makes.
Details on the sets after the jump. (more…)
