Although I must confess to not having tried it myself this past year at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival at the Walt Disney World Resort, it was impossible for me to ignore the constant raves regarding the pumpkin mousse available at the American Adventure pavilion.

Minnie Mouse joined Disney VoluntEARS today to deliver bushels of green to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida in the form of a $500,000 gift for the organization’s expansion. Disney also pledged 20,000 pounds of fresh produce during the next year as part of the commitment.
As part of Disney’s efforts to support organizations and programs that make a positive impact on children in the local community, this gift will fund Second Harvest’s “Building Solutions to Hunger” capital campaign. The contribution will help the organization build a larger facility so it can accept and distribute significantly more food and reach more Central Floridians in need.

Disney’s legacy of innovation and creativity continues today as Cast Members have begun to test a new interactive experience called Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom at the Magic Kingdom theme park located in Walt Disney World.

In this role-playing, trading card game, players try to defeat the Disney Villains who are working to take over the Magic Kingdom. Armed with magic spells in the form of special cards, players must search for the magic symbols that lead them to the animated villains’ hiding places.

Thus it must have been a daunting thought to some when someone suggested bringing some of that magic online to everyone in a way that’s spectacular in its own right. Somebody thought of that and someone believed it and DisneyMemoriesShow.com is the end result.
