According to the Disney Insider Blog, the Noah Fine Art Collective will release a new collection of Muppets-inspired artwork, clothing, skate decks and Disney Vinylmation on November 18, 2011 at D-Street located in the Downtown Disney District of the Disneyland Resort.
Noah collaborated with fellow artists Jon Chase and Dez Einswell on the collection which Noah says, ‘allowed each of us to celebrate our favorite characters, and showcase them in non-traditional formats, all while staying true to the personalities of each character and each artist.’
All three artists will be making an appearance at D-Street on November 18 to support the launch of the collection, with specifics to be announced at a later date.
On October 15, Noah will debut his new Villain collection at Vault 28 in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. The collection is inspired by four of Disney’s greatest villains to date: Ursula the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid, Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmatians, the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and the most feared of them all, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty.
Noah’s portraits of the villains will be available as short-sleeve tshirts (including long sleeve for the Evil Queen) as well as a special limited edition tshirt created just for the event. An original painting by Noah inspired by the portraits will also be available for $7500 and as a limited edition (295 pieces), canvas wrapped giclee for $295.
The Poison Apple custom Vinylmation seen here, which Noah debuted at the Disney D23 Expo in Anaheim, California later this year will also be available in a very limited quantity, and will be available in both 3″ ($150) and 9″ ($595) form. A wristband is required to purchase the Vinylmation figure and will be distributed behind the Rainforest Cafe beginning at 7 am.
Vault 28 will open at 8 am for the release and Noah will be making an in-store appearance and signing from 5 – 8 pm.

RIDEMAKERZ announced today its Downtown Disney shop at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida won worldwide “Pop-Up Store of the Year.” This is the second year in a row that RIDEMAKERZ has claimed the award presented by Chain Store Age magazine. The award recognizes RIDEMAKERZ for its creativity in transforming a 16,000 plus square foot retail venue into an auto-garage where kids and kids at heart can customize their own 1:18 scale toy vehicles, or RIDEZ.
“It’s an incredible acknowledgement for RIDEMAKERZ to win Pop-Up Store of the Year two years in a row, especially given the momentum and creativity in this rapidly expanding category,” said Larry Andreini, ZEO (CEO), RIDEMAKERZ. “Disney offered us an incredible space, and we were able to deliver a one-of-a-kind RIDEMAKERZ experience for the ages.”
Much like its fully-customizable RIDEZ, the RIDEMAKERZ pop-up at Downtown Disney – Lake Buena Vista was completely tricked out. The shop immersed customizers in a real world auto salon with show-quality cars, including rides from the personal collection of legendary car customizer Chip Foose. Additionally, a specially designed radio-control track lets customizers play with their creations on-site.
The RIDEMAKERZ pop-up at Downtown Disney – Lake Buena Vista will remain open through April 30, 2011.
