CONFIRMED: ‘Planes’ Lands on Blu-ray November 19

Disney's 'Planes' on Blu-rayWalt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has officially confirmed our earlier report on DisneyToon’s Planes and its bonus features when it becomes available to own on Blu-ray on November 19, 2013, now available for pre-order. In addition to the confirmation, we also have additional details regarding the bonus features which have been added to our list below. In addition, an extended eight minute sneak peek has also been released.

Inspired by the world of Cars, Disney’s Planes is an action-packed 3D animated comedy adventure featuring Dusty (voice of Dane Cook), a plane with dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer. But Dusty’s not exactly built for racing — and he happens to be afraid of heights. So he turns to a seasoned naval aviator who helps Dusty qualify to take on the defending champ of the race circuit. Dusty’s courage is put to the ultimate test as he aims to reach heights he never dreamed possible, giving a spellbound world the inspiration to soar.

Fly along with Klay as he lands on a working aircraft carrier to get first-hand experience on the flight deck.
  • Croissant de Triomphe (3:35) – not mentioned in official press release
