D23 Expo StagePassDisney D23, the official fan club for fans of the Walt Disney Company, has updated its Things to Know page to include some additional basic information such as floor hours as well as advanced details on the new StagePass offering for attendees to allow for ‘reserved’ access to various presentations.

D23 members will be allowed to access the show floor through a specific entrance beginning at 9 am daily, while general admission attendees will gain access beginning at 10 am. The floor will close daily at 7 pm for all attendees. In addition, the Arena queue will open to all attendees beginning at 8 am daily. Attendees will not be permitted to begin lining up outside until 5 am daily. In addition, the Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives will be open from 10 am – 7 pm daily, though the entrance queue will be shut down at 5 pm on Sunday.

As for the StagePass, it will allow attendees with admission to the Expo to receive guaranteed admission to presentations in Stages 23 and 28 that take place at or after 11 am, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last. Attendees will be able to obtain multiple tickets on behalf of their party, but must present unique admission media for each StagePass requested.

To reserve a spot for one of the eligible sessions, attendees must bring their admission media to the ticket distribution center located between Halls A and B on the show floor. Attendees are limited daily to one StagePass for one session taking place between 11 am and 3 pm. However they may return for an additional StagePass after 12:30 pm for later sessions.
