‘Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX’ Free Limited Edition Upgrade; ‘Re:Coded’ Screns

'Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX'Square Enix has announced that as an incentive for pre-ordering ‘Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX‘ (available December 2, 2014) at participating retailers, they will automatically be upgraded to the limited edition version of the game — which includes a pin featuring Mickey and Sora — while supplies last.

For the first time, the FINAL MIX versions of ‘Kingdom Hearts II’ and ‘Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep’ will be making their way to North America. ‘Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX’ allows players to have Sora go head-to-head with Roxas at the Station of Awakening. Players will also have access to secret boss battles, new weapons, abilities, mini-games and additional cutscenes that help explain the story of ‘Kingdom Hearts’.

Together with Donald and Goofy, Sora adventures through different Disney worlds like Halloween Town (The Nightmare Before Christmas), The Land of Dragons (Mulan), Port Royal (Pirates of the Caribbean), Pride Lands (Lion King), Space Paranoids (Tron) and many more to stand up against the Heartless and the evil Organization XIII.

‘Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX” also includes HD remastered cinematics from ‘Kingdom Hearts Re:coded,’ the game that sent Sora on an adventure in the digital world. Sora, Riku and the rest of the characters of the beloved franchise will come to life later this year, with cutscenes and battles recreated from scratch for this gorgeous HD remastered collection for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.

In addition, Square has also released several screen shots from the included ‘Kingdom Hearts Re:coded’ cut scenes that have been added in to the game.
