Disney California Adventure Gets ‘Mad T Party’ Started for Summer 2012

Last week, Disney Parks registered a trademark application for ‘Mad T Party,’ for an item described simply as ‘entertainment services offered in a theme park.’ This is, without much doubt, the anticipated replacement for Disney California Adventure’s ‘ElecTRONica’ night-time party spectacular as described earlier this year by MiceAge’s Al Lutz (under the ‘Mad Tea Party’ moniker).

According to Lutz, the ‘Mad T Party’ will launch in summer of 2012 and carry on into 2013 and themed towards Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. It will feature many of the elements deemed popular in ‘ElecTRONica’ and its predecessor, ‘Glow Fest,’ including live music and a unique stage show, all geared towards the new party’s Wonderland theme.
