Monsters, Inc. ‘Roz’s 100 Door Challenge’ Cheat Sheet (Blu-ray)

The big extra included in the Blu-ray release of Disney/Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. (November 10) is a game called Roz’s 100 Door Challenge. The game, a twisted combination of movie trivia, math and logic puzzles and occasional silliness, is bound to lead one’s sanity straight to the edge from time to time. It’s with this in mind that we are pleased to present to you our cheat sheet, the first of its kind anywhere as far as we know.

In order to keep things somewhat interesting and mildly honest (given the intent is to help you with the difficult ones), each answer is hidden by default and revealed when you click on the ‘show answer’ link below the question. We do encourage you to try to figure out the answers yourself, but given how we went through the entire game to be able to write this, we understand sometimes a little help can be fun too.

Enjoy.

  1. #72 is actually a series of squares, 1 squared is 1, 2 squared is 4 and so on
#83 isn't too complicated, its like the Fibonaci sequence, the next number is the sum of the previous number and the number two places behind it (instead of the previous two numbers, you skip one)

  3. I’m playing “Roz’s 100 Door Challenge” on the Monsters Inc Blu Ray Special Features. Question 10 is stopping us from proceeding onward. I’ve even found your online cheat sheet with all the answers. Unfortuneatley, the answer given doesn’t work in our game. We don’t even have an picture of a room to look at. Every corner we select, says we are wrong.
Question 10: Which object does not belong?
The scream canister in the corner of the room
Only, we have no scream canister, room, or anything on the tv, but the question at the top of the screen.

  4. Hi I’ve got monsters inc on blu ray I can’t find the game can you please show me how to find the game .

  5. That’s awesome, thanks. When I found the game with my son yesterday & was caught near the start with the amount of monsters in a dark room I couldn’t figure out it turned from a kids game to personal so this was great! Worst is not trying to show your kid(s) how pissed you are!

  6. The answer to question 29 on the quiz is incorrect – the metal door leads to the Himalayas in the movie, not Siberia
