Walt Disney Pictures presents RAPUNZEL, an action-packed, swashbuckling, animated musical comedy about the girl behind 70 feet of magical, golden hair. A princess stolen from her parents’ castle as a baby, Rapunzel is locked in a hidden tower longing for adventure. Now an imaginative and determined teenager, she takes off on a hilarious, hair-raising escapade with the help of a dashing bandit. With the secret of her royal heritage hanging in the balance and her captor in pursuit, Rapunzel and her cohort find adventure, heart, humor, and hair… lots of hair. With music by Alan Menken, this comedic re-imagining of the classic Brothers Grimm fairytale comes to theaters during the 2010 holiday season.

No. No. No. No. No. “Swashbuckling?” “action-packed?” This sounds like it's not going to be the classic fairy tale they had promised us for years. It sounds more like an animated Pirates of the Caribbean! Maybe the only way for Disney to stop disappointing us is if they quit making films alltogether.
kennethe, i don't see how having some action in the movie would be disappointing. there are plenty of fairy tales with classic action scenes.
