CONCORD, N.C. — Richard Petty Driving Experience (RPDE) announced, today, the launch of its new membership program, entitled “Experience Rewards”, designed to incent past customers to a return visit to the track for more laps and added excitement.
Membership in the program is available, free of charge, for customers who have driven with RPDE in the last 5 years and to all new customers who participate in a driving experience. Benefits include the opportunity for 12 months to participate in an unlimited number of Rookie Experience programs for just $199 – a savings of more than 50% – or to receive a discount of $199 on the Kings and Experience of a Lifetime programs. Members are also invited to bring along 3 friends who will each get a $50 discount off their driving program and, in turn, become members themselves.
“Experience Rewards” will be introduced in a personalized direct-mail piece being sent to 167,000 prior RPDE customers over the next two weeks.
“Many of our customers tell us they’d like to come back and drive again, but that the cost can make it challenging to do so,” said Rick Fedrizzi, President and COO at Richard Petty Driving Experience. “‘Experience Rewards’ is another way of saying ‘thank you’ for your business, we’d really like to see you again and make sure to bring your friends!”
The program also includes a benefit with RPDE’s popular high-speed Ride-Along program. Normally priced at $109 or more depending on the venue, Experience Reward members can now participate for just $79. Members will also receive 25% off select RPDE merchandise offered at the track. “I am really excited that we will now offer our guests an incentive to come back and play race car driver with us”, says seven-time NASCAR Champion Richard Petty. “We have thought about doing something like this for a long time and I think the time could not be better to give back to the race fans that have come out and supported RPDE in the past few years. We know times are different and this is our way of saying ‘thanks’ for spending your hard earned money with us.”
