Shealeigh Voitl of Chicago, IL has taken the title of Radio Disney’s ‘Next Big Thing’ (NBT) Season Four contest. Voted by listeners of the Radio Disney network, Shealeigh was one of five finalists and survived each week as the performer with the least number of votes was eliminated from the competition.
Shealeigh’s first single, released through the competition, is ‘What Can I Say?,’ which she can be seen performing in the following video we took as the NBT tour visited the streets of New York City earlier this year:
As winner of the competition, Shealeigh will have her single released through Walt Disney Music.
The other finalists in the competition included runner-up Zack Montana, Hollywood Ending, Tay Barton and Ladina Spence.
This was the fourth year for Radio Disney’s NBT contest. Previous winners include Allstar Weekend, Kicking Daisies and Jasmine. Coco Jones of NBT season three has also experienced notable success since appearing in the competition.
