In case you couldn’t tell, we’re pretty darn excited about The Sorcerer’s Apprentice from Walt Disney Studios and Jerry Bruckheimer. We’re just a few days away from the world premiere and the publicity is stepping up accordingly.
Disney Channel recently released this Movie Surfers segment in which the Surfers meet up with Jay Baruchel who talks about impressing his mom by saving the world, learning valuable lessons and providing sage advice: if you’re going to go on a quest to save the world, use the restroom first. A small amount of new footage in this segment very much directed at its demographic.
Walt Disney Studios has created an interactive experience supporting the film and has set it up in Los Angeles at the Hollywood and Highland Center complex, across the street from the El Capitan movie theater and the Disney’s Soda Fountain and Studio Store.
The interactive experience is also available in New York City at the Trump Building at 40 Wall Street and Macy’s in Herald Square.
And lastly (for now), Walt Disney Studios has provided us with dozens of new hi-res stills and behind-the-scenes photos from the film. They’re in no particular order other than the newest ones we received are at the beginning of our Sorcerer’s Apprentice photo gallery below.
