If you can forgive the wear and tear on the VHS, the poor tracking and muffled audio, this television ad just may take some you back to the early 80s at a time when the Smurfs, Cabbage Patch Kids, Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, Teddy Ruxpin, Gloworms, Wuzzles and — of course — Lots-o-Huggin’ Bear dominated the world of kids’ pop culture and the KB Toy Store at the local shopping mall couldn’t keep them stocked on the shelves, try as they might.
Call it Flashback Friday, but I couldn’t resist sharing this YouTube gem with you all. Maybe it’s time to go searching on eBay.

Yep, I posted this on twitter a couple of hours ago. Not sure what to make of it- it's either brilliant video editing or excellent replication by Pixar/Thinkway to recreate the character so perfectly.
