I am a Florida resident. Can I purchase this $99.00 ticket for my children and grandchildren? They are going in March before the blackout period but I will not be with them. They are not Florida residents.
I would have to assume not. Officially, residential passes are supposed
to be verified when using them at the turnstiles.
