No news on a Who Framed Roger Rabbit sequel today, but we did learn that Walt Disney Home Entertainment has finally set a date for the 25th anniversary release of the classic groundbreaking film, making it available for the first time ever on Blu-ray on March 12, 2013.
Based on the novel, Who Censored Roger Rabbit by Gary K. Wolf, Who Framed Roger Rabbit is the story of a cartoon rabbit’s accused of murder and the toon-hating detective he must enlist to help prove his innocence. The film stars Bob Hoskins as Eddie Valiant, Christopher Lloyd as Judge Doom, Joanna Cassidy as Dolores, and Charles Fleischer as the voice of Roger Rabbit, Benny the Cab, Greasy & Psycho.
