TMZ is reporting on a lawsuit filed against Disney in Los Angeles today citing that Disney’s headquarters in Burbank has forced residents to live in ‘terror of emissions’ and has resulted in the death of Louise Jackson. Report here.

According to G4, Disney, whose video game producing units have recently succumbed to a taxing economy, has opted to not renew its licensing agreement with THQ who has been producing games based on the Disney/Pixar properties through UP. THQ has most recently come into the spotlight with its share of hardship and will no doubt feel the blow from this latest move. BURBANK, Calif. – (Business Wire) Disneynature, the first new film label to be introduced by Disney in 60 years, will celebrate its premiere film, “EARTH,” being released nationally on April 22, Earth Day, by planting a tree in honor of every moviegoer who sees the film in its opening week.
The Houston Chronicle reports that the ten television stations that make up the ABC Owned Television Stations Group (AOTS) will be launching a new network in late April to be carried by Comcast and other cable providers called LiveWellHD. The Disney Store UK announced plans today to sponsor a 50 acre section of Heartwood Forest, an 858 acre endeavor to bring a a new native forest to England.
The Disney Store UK will be selling a specially designed reusable bag featuring Winnie the Pooh and Piglet with a portion of the proceeds going to Disney’s section, dubbed the Magical Wood.
