Membership is $74.99 plus sale tax annually per individual. At this time, registration can only be done online at either Disney.com/D23 or DisneyShopping.com. In the future, vouchers will be able to be purchased at the theme parks, the Disney Store and the Disney Cruise Lines.
International guests are able to join, but will have to pay additional shipping as required (for now, domestic shipping is free).
Gift memberships are also available to give to loved ones in addition to those under the age of 18.

(Reuters) – Walt Disney Co shareholders, will vote on Tuesday on a proposal that would give them a non-binding, advisory vote on the pay packages given to Chief Executive Bob Iger and other top executives, the Los Angeles Times said.
Disney is one of nearly 100 public companies whose shareholders will vote on the “Say on pay” initiative, which is backed by a group of 75 investors, including TIAA-Cref and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CALPERS), the paper said.

BURBANK, Calif., March 9, 2009 — The Walt Disney Company today announced a landmark set of strategic environmental goals and challenging 3 to 5 year targets to reduce emissions, waste, electricity and fuel use, and its impact on water and ecosystems.
