We’d like to thank Paramount Pictures for providing us with these images which were taken by Jason Merritt/Getty Images and Michael Buckner/WireImage. Furthermore, we feel obligated to note that the disproportionate number of Scarlett Johansson photos was in fact an editorial decision.
Thanks to the Disney Food Blog, we have learned that the fabulous and exclusive ‘Dining with an Imagineer’ program is once again offering the dinner option, this time at the Flying Fish Cafe at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort. Although the program has always offered a lunch option at Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s, Hollywood Brown Derby, the dinner has been touch-and-go, last offered at Artist Point, but some time ago.

If you can forgive the wear and tear on the VHS, the poor tracking and muffled audio, this television ad just may take some you back to the early 80s at a time when the Smurfs, Cabbage Patch Kids, Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, Teddy Ruxpin, Gloworms, Wuzzles and — of course — Lots-o-Huggin’ Bear dominated the world of kids’ pop culture and the KB Toy Store at the local shopping mall couldn’t keep them stocked on the shelves, try as they might.
Call it Flashback Friday, but I couldn’t resist sharing this YouTube gem with you all. Maybe it’s time to go searching on eBay.
It’s hard to believe that Disney pin trading started just over a decade ago and has since gone on to become a worldwide phenomenon with casual and serious collectors amassing personal collections to keep and trade.
In 2008, lightning struck twice when Disney Trading and the Disney Design Group introduced Vinylmation – 3″ and 9″ vinyl figures in the form of a Mickey Mouse canvas and decorated in all sorts of fanciful ways. After the release of a number of series, the Vinylmation fever carried on to plushes and clothing and merchandise and even shops dedicated to the new collectible. With even more innovative lines on the way including the new Vinylmation Jr. and other inspired must-haves such as keychains and notebooks, Vinylmation is bigger than ever and shows no sign of stopping!
