Presented in order, the languages are: English, French, German, Dutch, Mandarin, Swedish, Japanese, Latin American Spanish, Polish, Hungarian, Castilian Spanish, Catalan, Italian, Korean, Serbian, Cantonese, Portuguese, Bahasa Malaysia, Russian, Danish, Bulgarian, Norwegian, Thai, Canadian French and Flemish. ‘Sofia the First: The Floating Palace’ on DVD in April

'Sofia the First: The Floating Palace'Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced that the Disney Junior television special, ‘Sofia the First: The Floating Palace’ which features an appearance by Ariel, will be available to own on Disney DVD on April 8, 2014.

After Sofia helps a young mermaid named Oona, Sofia’s amulet grants her the power to transform into a mermaid and visit her new friend’s secret underwater kingdom. But when Cedric (disguised as a sea monster) plots to steal Oona’s enchanted Mermaid Comb, danger surfaces for both worlds. With a little help from special guest, Princess Ariel, Sofia embarks on an adventure to rescue Oona. PHOTOS: ‘Frozen’ Suite at Canada’s Hotel de Glace Ice Hotel (High-Res)

'Frozen' Suite at Hotel de Glace Serving as part of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s research, particularly for the lighting, of Disney’s Frozen, Quebec City’s famed Hôtel de Glace — or Ice Hotel — has revealed the first look at its exclusive, limited Frozen-inspired suite.

Created entirely out of sculpted ice and snow and supervised by the film’s art director Michael Giaimo, the Frozen Suite is modeled after Anna & Elsa’s bedrooms. The collaboration will also include a ‘Frozen Activity Cave’ bringing the wonder of Disney’s wintry tale to life like never before. The suite will be open this weekend and remain open through March 23.

‘Frozen,’ ‘The Lone Ranger’ Lead 2014 Oscar Nominations for Disney

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences named its nominees for the upcoming 86th Academy Awards, which will air in the United States on ABC on Sunday, March 2, 2014. While Saving Mr. Banks was snubbed from most of the main categories, it managed to garner a nomination for Best Original Score by Thomas Newman. But it was Walt Disney Animation Studios that shined this year, for two unsurprising nominations for Frozen: ‘Let It Go’ for Best Original Song (Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez) and Best Animated Feature where it will compete against Disney’s other contender, Studio Ghibli’s The Wind Rises.

Official: ‘Frozen’ 3D Blu-ray Domestic Release Delayed Indefinitely

FROZEN Box ArtIn the next (and perhaps final) turn in a maze of confusion surrounding a 3D Blu-ray release of Disney’s Frozen, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has independently confirmed to us that there are no announced plans for a 3D release at this time, reminding us that Frozen will be available on Digital 3D on February 25, as per the initial announcement.

Disney Confirms ‘Frozen’ Being Adapted for Stage but Won’t Say Broadway

The article, which spoke of the film’s momentum, does use the term ‘Broadway’ twice (once in the headline), but never directly attributes it to Bob Iger, the CEO and Chairman of The Walt Disney Company.

‘Frozen’ Bonus Features to include Deleted Scenes, Docs; Digital Edition on February 25

FROZEN Box ArtAfter confirming the release of Disney’s Frozen on March 18, 2014, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has now released the list of bonus features that can be found on the Blu-ray edition of the film. You can find additional information below. Frozen is currently available for pre-order from Amazon or from Disney Store, which includes a set of exclusive lithographs. As we also shared earlier, Walmart (who is expected to offer the 3D edition exclusively, but has not yet re-listed it, will be offering an exclusive version coupled with either an Anna or Elsa ‘Disney Infinity’ figure). An HD digital edition of the film will be made available earlier, on February 25.

Amazon ‘Confirms’ ‘Frozen’ Blu-ray March 18 Release Date While Walmart Redacts

Disney 'Frozen' on Blu-rayDisney’s Frozen has been garnering accolades and attention for all sorts of reasons, most of which have been for quite positive ones, while others have been — well, confusing.

Take the case of the hotly anticipated home video release of Frozen. Amazon was first to begin accepting pre-orders — even while the film was just debuting in theaters — but this, in essence, has become the norm for Amazon. It’s a given that the product will be released on Blu-ray eventually, so why not accept pre-orders? Only Amazon had also been taking pre-orders for a 3D version of the Blu-ray, one it had to subsequently remove and unceremoniously cancel all orders.

'Walt Disney Animation Studios Artist Showcase No Slurping, No Burping!: A Tale of Table Manners' Illustrated by Lorelay Bove

Starting in March, Disney Publishing will be launching a new series of original children’s books that will feature the work of some of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ top artists. The first to arrive is a title conceived and illustrated by Lorelay Bove, a visual development artist who has worked on Wreck-It Ralph and The Princess and the Frog as well as previously published books based on the films.

Titled No Slurping, No Burping!: A Tale of Table Manners, the first book in the Disney Artist Showcase is a humorous look at manners featuring two kids who school their dad on proper mealtime etiquette. The publisher’s description follows:
