Walt Disney Studios and Pixar Animation Studios have just released this new clip which features Tow Mater as he faces one of his most difficult tasks in the film: using the bathroom in Tokyo. What ensues when a simple tow truck from a one horsepower town needs to use the facilities in a foreign land and take an oil leak? Hilarity, that’s what.
Walt Disney World has released the official special event park map for the Disney/Pixar Weekend taking place this Friday through Sunday, May 13-15, as part of the final weekend of the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
The map, which you can download here as a PDF, offers meet and greet times and locations as well as other special opportunities taking place during the weekend.
In addition, the event map announces that Cars 2 merchandise, exclusive to the theme parks, will be available for purchase at MouseGear, Test Tracks and Pin Central.
Amazon.com has recently updated its description
Short of an actual track list, the description notes that the soundtrack, primarily consisting of a score composed by Michael Giacchino, will feature 26 tracks in all and will include a cover of the Car’s classic ‘You Might Think’ by Weezer and new music from Brad Paisley, including a duet with Robbie Williams.
Cars 2 will be released in theaters nationwide on June 24, 2011.
Walt Disney World has released additional details for what they are calling ‘Car Masters Weekend’ at Downtown Disney West Side at the Walt Disney World Resort from May 13-15, 2011 as part of the Disney/Pixar Weekend. The event, which we first announced in early April coincides with the Walt Disney World stop of the State Farm ‘Agents on a Mission’ Tour.
Activities at Downtown Disney are scheduled to run all three days from 10:30 am through 6:00 pm and will include the following:

Continuing our unparalleled coverage of the special Disney/Pixar Weekend taking place at Walt Disney World, May 13-15, we have learned that reserved seating at the special ‘Presenting Pixar’ talks featuring Cars property guardian Jay Ward, Pixar producer Jonas Rivera and composer Michael Giacchino, will be made available as seating is extremely limited at these events (approximately 800 guests per show according to our sources).
The sign-up form, which can be found here, also reveals the titles of each of the sessions that take place on May 14 & 15 only at the World Showplace located in Epcot’s World Showcase between the Canada and UK pavilions.
Queen, McQueen… McQueen, Queen. In what has to be the luckiest stroke of unplanned and most inconspicuous timing with the royal wedding of Prince William and future Princess Kate, Disney/Pixar has released this international royal invitation to the summer premiere of Cars 2, which features Vanessa Redgrave as the Queen. We also catch glimpses of Holley Shiftwell (Emily Mortimer) in flying mode, Mater in various disguises and what looks to be like a knighting ceremony… could it be Sir Mater?

Blue-collar comedian and the voice of Mater in the upcoming Disney-Pixar summer comedy “CARS 2,” Larry the Cable Guy will “git-r-done” as the honorary pace-car driver for the 52nd running of the Coca-Cola 600 on May 29 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
In addition to leading the field of 43 NASCAR stars in the Coca-Cola 600, Larry the Cable Guy will also take part in various activities around the speedway, including attending the drivers meeting, prior to the main event.
