Walt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios have provided us with several newly released concept art images and behind-the-scenes photos from their upcoming film, Captain America: The Winter Soldier (April 4, 2014). Presumably these images (and many more) will be featured in the upcoming book, Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier: The Art of the Movie, available to own April 15. You can find the new images at the beginning of their respective galleries below.
In honor of next week’s release of The Jungle Book Diamond Edition, which marks the first time the immortal Disney classic will be available on Blu-ray, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has provided us with sketches and concept art created for the film. Admittedly much of these has been previously released before, but rarely at such a high resolution. So high in fact, that we had to shrink down several of the images in size just to make them fit. In addition to the concept art, they have also provided us with sneak peeks from the all new bonus feature, ‘Music, Memories & Mowgli: A Conversation with Richard M. Sherman, Diane Disney Miller and Floyd Norman.’
In advance of the Blu-ray release of Thor: The Dark World (available to own February 25, (pre-order)), Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios has released one of the deleted scenes from the bonus features. Titled ‘Thor and Frigga Discuss Loki,’ the scene features Thor & Frigga discussing Loki and his errant ways. You can find the clip embedded below.
In advance of the Blu-ray release of Thor: The Dark World (available to own February 25, (pre-order)), Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios has released one of the deleted scenes from the bonus features. Titled ‘Loki: The First Avenger,’ the scene features banter (and a little magic) between Thor and Loki and, well, pretty much what you might expect from the title. You can find the clip embedded below.
Walt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios have shared with us the first minute of their new One Shot, titled ‘All Hail the King’ which will be featured as one of the bonuses on the February 25 release of Thor: The Dark World Blu-ray (pre-order), which we have embedded below.
The short takes place after the events of Iron Man 3 in which Trevor Slattery is now an infamous icon. He’s also locked up in a high-security prison. Luckily, his newfound profile has brought him celebrity and protection on the inside — and the actor has gladly agreed to an in-depth profile with a documentary filmmaker. The short stars Sir Ben Kingsley — reprising his role — and Scoot McNairy.

Ahead of any official announcement (or known release date), we have learned of the bonus features that will accompany Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World when it arrives on Blu-ray/DVD (pre-order) courtesy of the British Board of Film Classification. The details can be found below.
In support of Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Diamond Select has shared these first look images at the brand new ‘Winter Soldier’ Marvel Select action figure based on his appearance in recent issues of his self-titled comic book.
Sculpted by Jean St. Jean, the 7-inch figure has 16 points of articulation, and comes with a pistol, machine gun and sniper rifle, as well as a shattered window display base. Figure and base come packaged in the Select line’s familiar display packaging, with side-panel art for shelf reference. The figure will be available exclusively at Disney Store later this month.
By this time, you can probably piece the entire movie together as the new additions bring the total of our Thor: The Dark World gallery to a staggering 100+ images. Nonetheless, Walt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios continue to supply us with stills from the new film which opens this Friday, November 8, 2013.
As usual, the new stills have been added to the beginning of our gallery below. Click on any of the thumbnails to see a larger version, then click the resize arrow to see them at their original resolution.
