Broadway and television stars Christian Borle, Megan Hilty and Tom Cavanaugh lead the voice cast of the animated Lucky Duck, the first Disney Junior Original Movie. Geared towards kids age 2-7 and their families, the adventure at sea tells the story of a trio of misfit tub toys in search of the kids who will love them just the way they are. Lucky Duck premieres Friday, June 20 on Disney Junior at 7:00 pm ET/PT and Saturday, June 21 on Disney Channel at 9:00 am ET/PT. It will be also available for verified users on the WATCH Disney Junior app for smartphones and tablets and on WATCHDisneyJunior.com beginning Friday, June 6.
Disney Channel announced it will begin production in July on Teen Beach Movie 2, the sequel to last summer’s Teen Beach Movie, a Disney Channel Original Movie that ranks as cable TV’s all-time #2 movie in Total Viewers. Ross Lynch, Maia Mitchell, Grace Phipps, Garrett Clayton and John DeLuca will reprise their starring roles as Brady, McKenzie, Lela, Tanner and Butchy, respectively.
