Farm,’ portrayed by singer/actress China Anne McClaine. ‘Frenemies’ Original Movie to Premiere on Disney Channel, January 13

Farm”), Nick Robinson (“Melissa and Joey”) and Mary Mouser (“Body of Proof”) star in the Disney Channel Original Movie “Frenemies,” an anthology that follows three pairs of friends as they navigate the delicate balance when besties go to worsties, and back again. ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ Series Finale to Air January 6

The Russo siblings — Justin, Alex and Max — face a sudden and ultimate test to determine which one of them will be entitled to keep their wizardly powers. After 106 episodes of the Emmy Award-winning hit comedy, the answer will finally be revealed on a special one hour episode premiering FRIDAY, JANUARY 6 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

The Emmy-Award winning series ignited the careers of Hollywood Records recording artist Selena Gomez, David Henrie and Jake T. Austin, who joined the show at 14, 18 and 12 years of age, respectively. Also starring are Jennifer Stone, Maria Canals-Barrera and David DeLuise.

Disney Channel to Premiere Interstitals Aimed at Military Families on Veterans Day

Farm”), Adam Irigoyen (“Shake It Up”), Doug Brochu (“So Random!”) and Chris Brochu (“Lemonade Mouth”) talking about their personal experiences with family members serving in the Armed Forces. Disney Channel has shared with us this sneak peek of the music video for ‘Dig Down Deeper’ by ‘Shake It Up’ star Zendaya.

The theme song to the upcoming Pixie Hollow special, ‘Pixie Hollow Games,’ ‘Dig Down Deeper’ recently made its premiere on the Radio Disney Top 30 Countdown and will be available for purchase on iTunes as a single beginning on November 8. The music video, from which you can see stills and clip below, will premiere on Disney Channel on November 5.

‘Good Luck Charlie, It’s Christmas!’ to Premiere on Disney Channel December 2; ‘Austin & Ally’ to Follow

The cast of Disney Channel’s hit family sitcom “Good Luck Charlie”– Bridgit Mendler, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Bradley Steven Perry, Mia Talerico, Eric Allan Kramer and Jason Dolley — star in “Good Luck Charlie, It’s Christmas!,” a Disney Channel Original Movie premiering Friday, December 2 at 8:00 pm ET/PT. ‘Let it Shine’ Disney Channel Original Movie Starts Production in Atlanta

Production has begun in Atlanta, Georgia on the Disney Channel Original Movie “Let It Shine,” a modern day teenage Cyrano de Bergerac set in the world of gospel music and hip-hop. The movie is scheduled to premiere in summer 2012 on Disney Channel; its soundtrack will include 12 original songs by acclaimed music producers/songwriters/performers such as Rock Mafia (Selena Gomez and The Scene “Love You Like a Love Song”), Grammy-winner Toby Gad (Beyoncé “If I Were A Boy” and Fergie “Big Girls Don’t Cry”) and David Banner (“Dance the Night Away” featuring Denim from “Footloose” and “Get Like Me” featuring Chris Brown and Yung Joc).

‘Zombies and Cheerleaders’ Stitch Kingdom Report Confirmed by Disney Channel

Disney Channel today confirmed a report made by Stitch Kingdom weeks ago stating that they were actively developing and casting a series titled ‘Zombies and Cheerleaders.’ We initially reported on the project back in June, when we noticed domain name registrations alluding to the project, but it wasn’t until September that we were able to confirm the project and provide extensive details on the series.

According to Disney Channel, the music-driven pilot will begin production in December (with as an of yet unannounced cast), to be considered for a series in 2012.
