Disney Interactive’s ‘Toy Story 3′ to Support PlayStation Move

The PlayStation 3 edition of Toy Story 3 from Disney Interactive Studios will be among the first titles to support the PlayStation Move motion controller in addition to the DUALSHOCK3 and SIXAXIS controllers according to a list posted by Sony. The controller, along with Microsoft’s Natal for XBox has been causing waves of whispers around the net recently, offering hope for non-Nintendo enthusiasts that the upcoming Junction Point title Epic Mickey may eventually find its way on other gaming systems besides the Wii.

G4 Previews Disney’s ‘Guilty Party’ for the Nintendo Wii

Disney's Guilty Party for the Nintendo WiiReporting from the 2010 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, California, G4 takes a first look at the upcoming whodunnit? party game, Disney’s Guilty Party from subsidiary Wideload Games, available to own on July 27.

In a promising preview, G4 goes over some of the details in playing the tutorial mode and how the game operates in a ‘party’ environment, particularly with what they refer to as the diabolical mode in which the player in control can very cleverly gain an edge over competing players who are witness to the whole game.

G4 also offers about a dozen images from the game.

Disney Interactive Announces ‘Disney Guilty Party’ Exclusively for the Nintendo Wii

Disney Guilty Party from Disney Interactive Studios and Wideload GamesEarlier today, Nintendo of America announced some of its anticipated lineup for 2010 ranging from the introduction of the Nintendo DSi XL in March to a slew of video games including the first collaboration between Disney Interactive Studios and its subsidiary, Wideload Games.

Disney Guilty Party is described as a fun and hilarious family-friendly mystery party game and is expected to arrive during the second half of 2010, exclusive to the Wii.

Guilty Party tells the thrilling tale of the Dickens Detective Agency as they solve crimes set in motion by the master criminal known as Mr. Valentine.  Up to four players can solve crimes in a variety of locations all over the world to unlock the secrets of Mr. Valentine’s grand scheme.

Review: From Disney Interactive Studios, Enorbus and the Muppets Studio comes The Muppets Animal Drummer, a rhythm based game that has its roots in the electronic board game Simon in which you must repeat Animal’s drumming sequence in (near) perfect rhythm, so it differs from the Dance Dance Revolution genre in that you must remember the sequence rather than reacting to it in real time.
