‘Kinect Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure’ Receives Rating by ESRB
The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) recently awarded Kinect Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure for the Microsoft Xbox 360 with Kinect a rating of E (everyone) for cartoon violence.
According to the description provided with the rating, ‘as players run, jump, race, and fly through “cartoony” landscapes, they sometimes engage in skirmishes with nearby characters (e.g., rats throwing tomatoes at a chef; superheroes hurling projectiles at a giant robot); some of these sequences are accompanied by crashing sounds and impact effects. In one brief cutscene, a missile is depicted colliding with a helicopter, resulting in a colorful explosion.’
Kinect Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure is described as an exciting racing adventure game and invites families and fans of all ages to experience the worlds of five beloved Disney/Pixar films like never before. Through the magic of Kinect for Xbox 360, families are invited to become part of one of five Disney/Pixar worlds and team up with characters from The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up, Cars and Toy Story to race against time and solve time-based challenges without setting foot (or wheel) out of the living room.
Kinect Rush: A Disney/Pixar Adventure is being developed by Asobo Studio and is currently expected to be released on March 20, 2012.
