To commemorate the opening of the Champion Custom Tee Center at the ESPN Wide World of Sports located at the Walt Disney World resort, Steelers’ running back and Champion brand ambassador Rashard Mendenhall will greet guests on Friday, February 26 at the Champion Sports Zone at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Mendenhall will be greeting his fans from 12 – 2 pm. No purchase is required to meet with Mendenhall, however admission to the park is required.

Speaking on the new Champion Custom Tee Center, Champion Executive Vice President Kevin Hall says: “The Custom Tee Center was created with our mantra, ‘How You Play’ in mind. It’s an interactive apparel experience that allows the fan to take our product and make it their own – it’s all about how they ‘play’ and the athlete’s event t-shirts should reflect that.”

As we reported earlier, two mobile units and one permanent location will be open for easy consumer access and the center will expand this summer, offering additional and versatile personalization options.

Win a Trip to ESPN The Weekend from ESPN and Dick’s Sporting Goods

ESPN and Dick’s Sporting Goods are offering the chance for four lucky winners and up to three guests each to enjoy a sports-filled weekend at Walt Disney World’s 2010 ESPN The Weekend event, taking place between February 25 – 28, 2010.

The winners’ trips will take place between February 25 and March 1 and includes round-trip air and one standard room at a Disney owned resort (resort transportation offered via Disney’s Magical Express). Each guest will also receive 5 day MYW tickets with park hopping plus $1500 in Dick’s Sporting Goods gift cards for each of the winners.

ESPN will also be giving away a Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card each day in the amount of $100.

You may enter once per day through 11:59 AM ET on February 12.
