‘Muppets Most Wanted’ Early Screening, Bret McKenzie Sing-A-Long in New York

'Muppets Most Wanted' PosterTickets went on sale earlier this evening for the annual New York International Children’s Film Festival in New York City today and, continuing their gracious participation, Disney is allowing the festival to screen Muppets Most Wanted on March 15, almost a full week before it debuts in theaters. In addition to the early screening of the sequel, the festival is offering a screening of the previous 2011 film, The Muppets, but as a special sing-along edition with guest Bret McKenzie of Flight of the Conchords, who wrote the songs for both films.

Sneak Peek: Disney ‘Frozen’ Sing-A-Long Edition (Hi-Res Poster)

Disney 'Frozen' Sing-A-Long EditionWalt Disney Animation Studios has provided us with a high resolution version of the theatrical poster for the Sing-A-Long edition of its smash success, Frozen. In addition, the ‘Let It Go’ sequence was also released today in sing-a-long mode which features the bouncing snowflake that will guide viewers along through the musical numbers. The Frozen Sing-A-Long edition will be in over 1,000 theaters nationally beginning January 31, 2014. Because the regular edition continues to sell out shows, it is highly recommended that tickets be purchased in advance. You can visit Fandango to view local theaters and showtimes as well as purchase tickets.

‘Frozen’ Bonus Feature Lengths May Leave Fans Flurry-ous

'Frozen' on Disney Blu-rayPotentially adding insult to injury — after confirming no foreseeable plans for a 3D Blu-ray domestic release — it turns out that the total length of the bonus features for the March 18, 2014 Blu-ray release of  Frozen (pre-order) sum up to less than 40 minutes — and that includes four music videos.

We now have the running times for each of the bonus features, as per the British Board of Film Classification and aside from confirming that there appears to be no audio commentary, it also appears that some of the behind-the-scenes ‘documentary’ type material comes up short. The individual bonus features and their approximate length in minutes:seconds are as follows:

‘Frozen’ Sing-Along Edition Debuts in Theaters January 31

Frozen fans have embraced the film’s original songs and its soundtrack with such passion — there are countless YouTube videos from people singing songs like “Let It Go” — we decided to create a version that would celebrate that enthusiasm,’ said Dave Hollis, executive vice president, theatrical distribution, The Walt Disney Studios. ‘It’s a great opportunity for families to get together and have some fun with these songs.’

PHOTOS: ‘Frozen’ Suite at Canada’s Hotel de Glace Ice Hotel (High-Res)

'Frozen' Suite at Hotel de Glace Serving as part of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s research, particularly for the lighting, of Disney’s Frozen, Quebec City’s famed Hôtel de Glace — or Ice Hotel — has revealed the first look at its exclusive, limited Frozen-inspired suite.

Created entirely out of sculpted ice and snow and supervised by the film’s art director Michael Giaimo, the Frozen Suite is modeled after Anna & Elsa’s bedrooms. The collaboration will also include a ‘Frozen Activity Cave’ bringing the wonder of Disney’s wintry tale to life like never before. The suite will be open this weekend and remain open through March 23.

WATCH: ‘All Hail The King’ Marvel One Shot Extended Clip from ‘Thor: The Dark World’

'Thor: The Dark World' on Blu-rayWalt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios have shared with us the first minute of their new One Shot, titled ‘All Hail the King’ which will be featured as one of the bonuses on the February 25 release of  Thor: The Dark World Blu-ray (pre-order), which we have embedded below.

The short takes place after the events of Iron Man 3 in which Trevor Slattery is now an infamous icon. He’s also locked up in a high-security prison. Luckily, his newfound profile has brought him celebrity and protection on the inside — and the actor has gladly agreed to an in-depth profile with a documentary filmmaker. The short stars Sir Ben Kingsley — reprising his role — and Scoot McNairy.
