Walt Disney Studios has presented us with just about 10 minutes of behind-the-scenes ‘b-roll’ footage from Brad Bird’s Tomorrowland (May 22, 2015), which you can find embedded below. The bad news is with so many small segments/quick cuts, the footage is probably best enjoyed by a cat. The good news is that despite not seeing much of each segment, there’s actually some pretty good stuff to be found within it, including a nod that Athena isn’t the only one with a non-aging problem. Towards the end, there’s also quite a bit of the recording sessions for the score by Michael Giacchino.
Walt Disney Studios Japan’s movie trailers have always managed to deviate from the ‘norm.’ They tend to feature different footage — often including spoilers, which would be considered taboo in other countries — and are edited to create an emotional story, rather than just splashy glimpses of various, unrelated scenes. Perhaps never has this been demonstrated more in this trailer for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron which touches upon just every moment in the film that had audiences gasping. To put it mildly, if you have not seen the film yet, we do not advise you watch the trailer below. Unless you are a diehard Hawkeye fan that is.
Amazon has put up a track list for the upcoming Cinderella entry in the Disney Music Emporium Legacy Collection, commemorating the 65th anniversary of the animated film. Featuring artwork by Walt Disney Animation artist Lorelay Bove, Amazon describes the 2 disc set as containing 7 lost chords (which all appear to have been previously released as part of the ‘Lost Chords’ collection), along with 9 bonus tracks. The track listing, as per Amazon, is as follows:
Arlo may be a good dino, but his synopsis may have to go to obedience school to learn how to sit. We have received a third(?) official synopsis for Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur (November 25, 2015), courtesy of Walt Disney Studios and Pixar Animation Studios which now reads as follows, removing all references to Arlo’s family and the ‘traumatic event’:
Walt Disney Studios Australia has released a new featurette for Tomorrowland (May 22, 2015), which you can find embedded below. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
Walt Disney Studios has released a couple of new television spots for Brad Bird’s Tomorrowland (May 22, 2015), which you can find embedded below. Continuing the slow seepage of the weird beauty (or weird and beauty, to be more precise) that the film is evidently full of, the spots offer plenty of new footage guaranteed to faze even the coolest movie-going heads.

While many of them are glimpses of the trailers and items released so far, there are some gems in here, in particularly those with Young Frank at the 1964 World’s Fair in New York.
