Disney Imagineer Ric Turner Turns Home into Haunting Rendition of ‘Guitar Hero’ for Halloween
There are few things in life more chilling than early 80s pop music and nobody knows that better than former Walt Disney Imagineer Ric Turner. This year, Turner, who traditionally rigs up his home with lights sync’d to music for both Halloween and the Christmas season, returns with another rendition of Guitar Hero which he first introduced during the 2009 holiday season.
Set to the tune of ‘Freeze Frame’ by the J. Geils Band, the house becomes a fully functioning game of Guitar Hero (there is a console/screen version set up as well which players may opt to use) with the assistance of a smattering of jack o’lanterns who light up in time with the music.
You may also want to revisit Ric’s 2009 standalone Halloween spectacular set to Thomas Dolby’s ‘Hyperactive!’ which you can see here.
