Disney Channel has provided us with new stills from their upcoming episode of ‘So Random’ with special guest star, the original tantrum girl herself, Miss Piggy.
In the episode, which premieres this Sunday, October 2, at 7:30 pm ET/PT, the cast members of ‘So Random’ each try to convince Miss Piggy to appear in skits with their popular characters, such as MC Grammar and Taylor, but Piggy isn’t having any of it.
Eventually Piggy appears in a skit called ‘The Real Princesses of New Jersey’ in which she plays Rapunzel (or, ‘Punzel rather) and dishes the dirt with regal gal pals Cindy and Beauty.
Piggy goes uptown with Fifth Avenue Pig, a limited edition of 300. Her chic ensemble includes an ultra soft suit set featuring a silky peplum and back bow, glistening gold buttons, and luscious faux fur collar and cuffs. Matching faux fur hat, signature pearl necklace, and faux leather pumps also included. The 16″ tall vinyl collectible retails for $169.99.
Also coming is the 2010 Miss Piggy Basic, an open edition for $99.99 each, which can also be viewed on the preview site.
BURBANK, Calif. (June 9, 2009) — Bringing together the masterful storytelling of Disney with the renowned artistry of eFX Inc., an all-new line of limited-edition collectibles will be unveiled this September, inspired by some of Disney’s classic films and the comic antics of the Muppets.
These new collectibles extend the magic of Disney into pieces that recall the beauty and spectacle that is unique to Disney, beginning with a tribute to the “fairest of them all,” SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS.
eFX plans to preview several pieces from its new Disney collection during San Diego Comic-Con in July, and at Disney’s first-ever D23 Expo, Sept. 10 to Sept. 13 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
