Following up Monsters, Inc. with their Disney/Pixar line, Mondo will release Toy Story by Tom Whalen at a random time on Thursday, May 10.
The 24″x36″ screen print will retail for $50 and will be limited a print run of just 540 pieces, although it is unclear if all will be made available online as they allude to a film screening being held later in the month.

Two-Gun Mickey features both Mickey Mouse and Pegleg Pete and pays tribute to the 1934 classic short in which Minnie makes a large withdrawal from the town bank and runs into Pete and his gang. It’s then up to cowboy Mickey to ride in and save the day.

It’s double the Disney collectible fun as Mondo releases two new limited edition prints from artist Tom Whalen on Friday, November 4, 2011.
Pinocchio, which celebrates Walt Disney’s second feature-length animated film, follows in the footsteps of Whalen’s poster for Dumbo. Limited to an edition size of 400, this hand-numbered screen print measures 24″ x 36″ in size and will retail for $50.
Whalen’s The Mad Scientist, which follows in the footsteps of Steamboat Willie, The Wise Little Hen and Mickey’s Service Station, celebrating classic Disney animated shorts, will be limited to an edition size of 370. Also hand-numbered and screen printed, this poster measures 18″ x 24″ in size.

The piece features Boo (in Monster form) alongside James P. Sullivan (a.k.a. Sulley, a.k.a. Kitty), Mike Wazowski and a clever appearance by Randall. The bottom is trimmed with the company’s name and tagline along with portraits of George Sanderson, Waternoose, Fungus, Roz and Celia.

Mondo to Release Limited Edition ‘Steamboat Willie’ Poster by Tom Whalen, February 25
Earlier today, Mondo, the collectible art boutique arm of the Alamo Drafthouse cinema-eatery, unveiled this gorgeous poster by artist Tom Whalen celebrating the 1928 debut of Mickey Mouse, Steamboat Willie. Mickey Mouse is prominently featured as Steamboat Willie himself and flanked by Steamboat Minnie and Steamboat Pete.
The 18″x24″ poster features metallic inks and will be limited to an edition size of just 200 pieces. It will go on sale on Friday, February 25, 2011 at an unspecified time and retail for $40. A variant of the poster will also become available at a future date through Sideshow Collectibles as per Mondo.
