Square Enix today announced that it will be releasing a ‘Collector’s Edition’ of its upcoming Playstation 3 title, ‘Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX.’ The ‘Collector’s Edition,’ which also includes 1.5 as well as several other bonus items detailed below, will be available in limited quantities for $99.99 exclusively at the Kingdom Hearts online store.
In honor of New York Comic-Con, Square Enix has released a new trailer titled ‘Introducing the Magic’ for the upcoming HD compilation,’Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX,’ which showcases the origins of the beloved ‘Kingdom Hearts’ series, which you can find embedded below.
As the sequel to ‘Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ReMIX,’ the new trailer offers fans a run-through of timeless highlights, scenarios and gameplay from ‘Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix’ and ‘Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Final Mix, ‘as well as cinematics from ‘Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.’ All three games are re-rendered with HD graphics and new visual upgrades that bring these classic titles to life on the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.
At PAX Prime, Square Enix today debuted a new trailer for their upcoming title, ‘Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX,’ available exclusively for the Sony PlayStation 3 on December 2, 2014. The new trailer, which is embedded below, highlights all of the extra features included in ‘Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX,’ including: new enemies and bosses like Roxas, Lingering Will, Armor of Eraqus, No Heart and the Monster of the Sea, Monstro; never-before-seen cutscenes like ‘How it All Began’ that offer deeper storylines; new playable episodes like the ‘Realm of Darkness’ and ‘Cavern of Remembrance;’ and new challenges including ‘Mushroom XIII’ and ‘Unversed Challenges.’ The trailer also gives a sneak peek to the 40+ new items that players can acquire throughout the game, such as the Royal Radiance Keyblade, the Winner’s Proof Keyblade and the Two Become One Keyblade.
