Disney recently released ‘Disney Pix,’ its free software for its new AppClix iPad ‘appcessory.’ Manufactured by Vivitar, the AppClix effectively replaces Disney’s previous lines of licensed PIX digital cameras. In addition to being able to plug directly into the iPad to download and share photos, the AppClix boasts a 7MP camera, which is an impressive milestone for what is basically being marketed as a toy.
In just a few days, the all new Halloween episode of ‘Phineas and Ferb’ will premiere on Disney Channel and we have two new clips to share!
Our first clip is from ‘That’s the Spirit!,’ where it’s Halloween night and the kids encounter a strange boy and his father who are convinced their house is haunted. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s disdain for grass causes him to invent a ‘mind-transfer-inator’ enabling him to merge minds with a cow and destroy all the grass in the Tri-State Area. Unfortunately, his plan backfires and he transforms into a scary ‘were-cow’ that wreaks havoc any time there is a full moon. It’s now up to Agent P to stop him and save Danville. Guest starring are Michael Douglas and real-life son Dylan Douglas, as father and son residents of the haunted house.
Halloween is rapidly approaching and it’s high time Phineas and Ferb meet their match and this time, the supernatural foes are out for blood — true blood. It’s all treats and no trick as the Disney Channel favorite stuffs its bag full of celebrity guest stars on the extra spooky episode which debuts Friday, October 7 at 7:00 pm ET on Disney Channel.
What does it take to animate a cartoon? Specifically, the extremely popular Disney Channel series, ‘Phineas and Ferb’? Just sit back, relax for a few minutes, and let series creators Jeff ‘Swampy’ Marsh and Dan Povenmire
tell rap you all about it.
This exceptionally funny and quite detailed video takes fans from start to finish in the animation process for the show, featuring plenty of actual footage from the Walt Disney Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios, where the duo routinely ‘flash their badge’ and demonstrate how they roll, at 24 frames per second.
Sneak peeks at two deleted scenes have been released by Disney. These scenes, amongst several others, appear on the Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension ‘Ultimate Fan Pack’ DVD, available to own on August 23 (and now available for pre-order), which includes two discs of incredible bonus features.
In addition to a DVD copy of the movie, the ‘Ultimate Pack’ also features a digital copy of the movie with eight digital music tracks, eight deleted scenes, a music video, an exclusive song, a sing-along ‘Perry-oke’ feature, a bonus episode and an awesome do-it-yourself Platypult Kit.
Disney Channel has released the following clip-slash-music video from the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie, Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension. The video features a duet between Dr. Doofenshmirtz and his new best friend, Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
When Phineas and Ferb accidentally help the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz complete his latest creation that will finally take control of the Tri-State Area, they get zapped into a new dimension, where they meet their alternate selves! In this new dimension, Dr. Doofenshmirtz is the leader of the Tri-State Area, and even worse—summer vacation doesn’t exist! Will Phineas and Ferb figure out a way to get back to Danville, or will they be stuck in this alternate dimension forever?
In the clip, the boys unwittingly help Dr. Doofenshmirtz complete his Otherdimensionator and the four (including Perry the Platypus), discover a whole other dimension in which Dr. D has managed to conquer the alternate Tri-State Area. Will Phineas and Ferb figure out a way to get back to Danville, or will they be stuck in this alternate dimension forever?
