Earlier this year, it was announced that Pixarian and LEGO fanatic Angus MacLane’s WALL-E model, submitted to the LEGO Ideas program, had reached community support and been reviewed and accepted by LEGO to produce the model for mass market. Earlier today, UK retailer Smyths began listing the LEGO model along with some box images and images of the model itself.
While there appears to be no evidence to the number of pieces included with the model, it does contain some basic information about the model itself:
- Flexible head and hands can open/close
- Rotating wheels with tracks
