Back in October, we reported that Disney had registered StarWarsLiveInConcert.com. While the domain had remained dormant for a while, it eventually ended up pointing to an old Flash-based site promoting a Star Wars in concert series some years back. On a whim, we decided to check on the domain name again today and found a welcome surprise — confirmation that the concert series would be returning to ‘a city near you in 2016.’

Granted she sits quite higher up in the chain of command than FN-2187 — chastised for removing a much more revealing piece of Stormtrooper armor — but should Captain Phasma really be casting any stones? It has been noted by a few that it very much appears that in this still from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Phasma (admittedly standing the background, keeping an eye on General Hux and Kylo Ren in this original image) has shed her right gauntlet.
Although we typically tend to stop sharing stills once a film is released, it probably goes unsaid that Star Wars: The Force Awakens is not your typical fare. As it is poised to trample Avatar at the box office any minute now to become the top grossing film of all time, Walt Disney Studios and Lucasfilm have once again graced us with hi-res images from the film, some of which recently appeared in Entertainment Weekly, but now appear here in high resolution and watermark free. The new stills, over 20 in all, have been added to the beginning of our gallery embedded below.
