Via its official Facebook page, Disney Store has previewed its next limited edition doll, Rapunzel in her wedding dress from the short Tangled Ever After which recently premiered in theaters alongside Beauty and the Beast 3D.
The doll will be released in-store and online on March 28 and is limited to an edition size of 8,000 pieces. Pre-orders are set to begin on February 21. The doll will retail for $99.50.

‘Tangled Ever After’ Hi-Res Stills Feature Pascal, Maximus and, Oh Yes, Lanterns!
Walt Disney Animation Studios has just provided us with two hi-res stills from its upcoming animated short, Tangled Ever After, which will premiere before Beauty and the Beast 3D when it opens in theaters beginning tomorrow, January 13.
Tangled Ever After picks up where Tangledleft off. The Kingdom is in a festive mood as everyone gathers for the royal wedding of Rapunzel and Flynn. However, when Pascal and Maximus, as flower chameleon and ring bearer, respectively, lose the gold bands, a frenzied search and recovery mission gets underway. As the desperate duo tries to find the rings before anyone discovers that they’re missing, they leave behind a trail of comical chaos that includes flying lanterns, a flock of doves, a wine barrel barricade and a very sticky finale. Will Maximus and Pascal save the day and make it to the church in time? And will they ever get Flynn’s nose right?

‘Tangled Ever After’ to Play Before ‘Beauty and the Beast 3D’
The Walt Disney Studios proudly announced today that directors Nathan Greno and Byron Howard, the talented team behind Disney Animation Studio’s global blockbuster Tangled, will premiere a delightful new animated short film spotlighting the royal wedding of Rapunzel (Mandy Moore) and Flynn Rider – a.k.a Eugene – (Zachary Levi) in front of each screening of Beauty and the Beast in 3D, which opens on January 13, 2012.
Disney on Ice ‘Dare to Dream’ Treats Young Cancer Patients to Day Spa
In honor of Disney on Ice Presents Dare to Dream from Feld Entertainment, the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in New York City was transformed into a day spa for young princesses currently undergoing treatment for cancer. As part of the campaign dubbed ‘Hairy Godmother,’ the show held a Princess Pampering event featuring hair stylist Andrew Disimone, who assisted with fitting and styling wigs for the girls.
Along with the wig fittings, the girls were also treated to other activities such as chocolate facials, manicures and pedicures, a make-your-own-sundae bar and a special meet and greet with Rapunzel herself.

Disney today officially welcomed Rapunzel as the 10th Disney Princess character at a high profile, star-studded celebration, which took place in front of a global audience at Kensington Palace in London. Little princesses from across the globe watched Rapunzel be welcomed into the Disney Princess royal court by Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas, Snow White and Tiana. British teenager and rising star Shannon Saunders sang Disney Princess’ new signature theme, The Glow.

In anticipation of her royal coronation ceremony at Kensington Palace on October 2, Rapunzel has arrived in London and is touring various historical locations this week. Her first stop is the Salt Tower at the Tower of London, where her hair can currently be spotted draping down, awaiting the arrival of her true love, Flynn Rider. She has promised to send along photos of her other stops in town this week, so be sure to check back right here for additional photos from the soon-to-be Disney Princess.
Alfred Angelo for Disney Collection Adds Rapunzel Gown, Royal Maidens, Royal Blossoms and Disney Veils
After an exciting first season for the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings by Alfred Angelo bridal collection, Alfred Angelo in collaboration with Disney Consumer Products will introduce the 2012 collection along with styles for bridesmaids and flower girls at the National Bridal Market in Chicago this week. In addition, Alfred Angelo will debut a veil collection to complete the fantasy look for Disney brides. The 2012 bridal collection will continue to be affordably priced with styles starting in the $800 range. Dresses will be in stores worldwide by January.
Disney on Ice Launches Two New Shows Featuring Rapunzel from Disney’s ‘Tangled’
Dreams do come true! Feld Entertainment is bringing the magic of Disney to the ice with two new shows debuting this fall, both featuring hair-raising moments from Walt Disney Studio’s hit animated film, Tangled. Audiences will experience the enchantment and splendor of new and classic princesses in Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream, as they frolic in the French quarter with Tiana from Princess and the Frog, relive the timeless story of Cinderella and watch Rapunzel let down her hair on the ice for the first time ever. In Disney On Ice presents Treasure Trove, audiences will enjoy a gem for every generation in a magical medley of Disney tales that span the years from the first animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, to the 50th film, Tangled. Recently I had the opportunity to meet with Disney Store as part of the Disney Consumer Products holiday preview and get a first look at some of the new and exciting items coming this fall exclusively to Disney Store and DisneyStore.com. The two major franchises to expect more of in the holiday season at Disney Store are Disney Princesses and Disney/Pixar’s Cars 2, both of which will be offering some amazing limited edition items that any fan will be sure to appreciate.
