Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) today announced the launch of Disney Channel On Demand and Disney Channel En Español On Demand. Digital TV customers that receive Disney Channel can now enjoy even more programming, in both English and Spanish, at no additional cost. This free On Demand offering will feature programs from current and previous seasons on the Disney Channel. Disney Channel On Demand and Disney Channel En Español On Demand will be available on the Kids On Demand channel. In addition, Disney Channel En Español On Demand will also be available on Lo Mejor On Demand, Time Warner Cable’s Spanish language On Demand channel.

Time Warner Cable Begins Offering ‘Disney Family Movies’ On Demand Service to Subscribers

Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) today announced the addition of Disney Family Movies to its On Demand lineup. By subscribing to Disney Family Movies On Demand, Digital Cable customers can now enjoy a variety of Disney movies at their convenience. In addition to over 10 Disney movie titles each month, extra programming content available on the channel includes special footage and film shorts.

Time Warner Cable is also offering Disney Family Movies On Demand as part of Time Warner Cable Movie Pass. Time Warner Cable Movie Pass is a collection of movie channels, both linear and On Demand, featuring over 500 hours of films from almost every genre. Other channels in Time Warner Cable Movie Pass include Fox Movie Channel and Vutopia.

Disney/ABC Television Group and Time Warner Cable Announce Agreement, Expanded Services

Disney/ABC Television Group, ESPN and Time Warner Cable today entered into a long-term, wide-ranging agreement that will provide Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks cable customers the programming of ABC Family, Disney Channel, Disney XD, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, ESPN Classic, ESPN Deportes and SOAPnet, as well as WABC in New York, KABC in Los Angeles, WTVD in Raleigh-Durham-Fayetteville, WTVG in Toledo, and associated HD cable networks. Subscribers will also have unprecedented digital access to online content and expanded Video On Demand services.
