Earlier this week, Walt Disney Animation Studios held a press conference in Hawaii to introduce Auli’i Cravalho, the star of its upcoming animated film, Moana (November 23, 2016). From Walt Disney Animation Studios comes Moana, a sweeping, CG-animated adventure about a spirited teenager who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfill her ancestors’ unfinished quest. During her journey, she meets the once-mighty demi-god Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson), and together, they traverse the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous fiery creatures and impossible  odds.

SPECULATION: ‘Big Hero 6 Stealth’ Project to be Revealed at D23 Expo

Several months ago, we revealed on Twitter that there would be a new phase for Hiro Hamada, Baymax, Gogo Tomago, Honey Lemon, Wasabi and Fred from the universe of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Big Hero 6. Although we didn’t know much about the new project, our source did advise us that it would surface for the holiday season this year and would involve a new look for the team. The source also advised us that the new project would not be based in video, but teased that it will present the team in a whole new form. Along with the new generation of Big Hero 6, there would be — of course — merchandising and recently, new product featuring the ‘Big Hero 6 Stealth’ team has surfaced online in the form of pre-orders. While they essentially appear to be repaints of previously released action figures from Bandai, they do give us a good look at what the ‘Big Hero 6 Stealth’ team will look like.
