Walt Disney Studios and Disney Animation Studios have shared a new clip from their upcoming film, Big Hero 6 (November 7, 2014). The clip, titled ‘Low Battery,’ takes place after Hiro and Baymax first encounter Yokai and have gone to report the incident to the police. It’s part of a larger clip which was first shown to the attending audience at the recent New York Comic-Con panel. Note it appears that the audio is tremendously out of sync so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
As we previously announced on Twitter, Amazon has begun listing the original motion picture soundtrack for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Big Hero 6 (November 7, 2014) with an anticipated release date of November 24, 2014. UPDATE: Disney has confirmed November 24 as the physical release with a digital release of November 4.
As we also confirmed last week, ‘Immortals’ by Fall Out Boy will be the end title track for the film and as a result, an official ‘music video’ for the song has been released. The single is also currently available on iTunes. You can watch the new music video embedded below.
The world may need to be saved, but first let me take a selfie. Just ahead of New York Comic-Con and its Main Stage Panel, Walt Disney Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios have launched a new viral site for ‘Big Hero 6’ (November 7, 2014).
Titled ‘Baymax Photobomb,’ the site allows users to upload, webcam or Facebook a photo and add one or more characters from Big Hero 6 to the image, allowing the user to determine placement, scale and rotation of the clip-art. When the desired heroes are added to the image, the site allows it to be shared across social media platforms.

After making its debut during ‘The Story of Frozen: Making An Animated Classic,’ Walt Disney Animation Studios has released the first official clip from its upcoming film, Big Hero 6 (November 7, 2014). The clip, in which Hiro meets nurse robot Baymax for the first time (or ‘Diagnosis: Puberty’), can be found embedded below. The clip originally premiered for an audience during the film’s panel at this past summer’s San Diego Comic-Con.
During tonight’s primetime special, ‘The Story of Frozen: Making An Animated Classic,’ the Walt Disney Company outlined future plans for the franchise, confirming some long withstanding rumors as well as brand new information on how the company plans on building on the successes of the wildly popular film, in addition to the already confirmed Broadway musical production, Disney On Ice’s Frozen on Ice and the upcoming book series from Random House.
Later tonight, at 8:00 pm ET/PT, the ABC television network will air ‘The Story of Frozen: Making an Animated Classic,’ an hour-long special that promises to go behind-the-scenes of what Disney refers to as the most successful animated film at all time.
ABC has provided us with a screener of the television special and we are pleased to report that it was (for the most part) an absolute joy to watch from start to finish. Narrated by Josh Gad (voice of Olaf), the special incorporates interviews with stars Kristen Bell (Anna), Idina Menzel (Elsa) and Jonathan Goff (Kristoff/’Sven’) along with co-directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, songwriters Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, character lead animators Becky Bresee (Anna), Wayne Unten (Elsa), Hyrum Osmond (Olaf), Brittney Lee, producer Peter Del Vecho and John Lasseter.
